We provide a safe place for anyone who is at crisis point and at risk of suicide or self-harm.

We ensure that those in crisis are treated with dignity and respect and without judgement.

Awareness

We promote awareness around mental health, in particular self-harm and suicide prevention in young people.

Provide practical crisis intervention and crisis management support.

Outreach Projects

Our Lighthouse Outreach Projects ensure that young people in rural areas can access vital mental health support.

Whole Family Support

We promote a ‘whole family support’ model where parents/carers/siblings are able to access support and resources to ensure sustained recovery is wrapped around the whole family unit.

Safety Planning

We provide individualised crisis safety planning for suicide ideation and self-harm.
